Dear Customers and Partner Schools,
Under the recommendation and guidance of the Local Authority Environmental Health Officer we have changed the format in which we present our Allergen and Food Intollerance information. We will no longer be producing this as a matrix, it will be provided in the form of the recipes, which are available in the school kitchen. Until the paper copies are distributed to the schools these recipes will be available under the 'menus and recipes' tab on the Food For Thought website. Additionally the product specifications for ingredients used by FFT will continue to be available on the website to provide further information.
